Charity Christmas Gift Drive

TotalWM are proud to be supporting the Christmas Gift Appeal organised by Basildon Borough Council to support children struggling with hardship and living in temporary accommodation this Christmas.

The Appeal is calling on all businesses (and local residents) to make donations of unwrapped toys, gifts, and hampers for children aged 0 to 16 who will be spending the Christmas season in challenging circumstances.

TWM did not hesitate to get involved, placing a ‘call for action’ to their employees to support this appeal in whatever way they could, given that every gift no matter how big or small will make a real difference to those who need it most this festive season. CEO Justin Widdowson explains that “The majority of  our staff are parents themselves so fully appreciate that the festive season can be a particularly difficult time for families already struggling with the ongoing cost of living crisis and the pressure placed on families at this time of year, so we’re keen to get involved anyway we can”.

Over the past few weeks, staff have been bringing into the office gifts and donations to support this appeal, and we'd like to thank Basildon council for organising the initiative.
